Products are Australian made and we ship worldwide via DHL Express (Air) in approx. 8 - 10 business days after your product has been produced. We offer flat rate shipping to many countries around the world. If you are local, we offer flat rate courier delivery to our local customers here in Australia. If you are even more local, you are very welcome to pick up your Stair/Ladder from our factory on the Central Coast of NSW.
How do I get a quote?
Use our online configurator/product builder or quote form: Quote Page. Provide your floor-to-floor height, run length, and images/sketches of the installation space. A custom quote will then be prepared for you. When you are ready to order: 1. Review and approve/sign your quote document that you have received in an email. 2. Follow document link to pay a 50% deposit. 3. Receive Technical Drawings for approval (revisions included). 4. Once approved, production begins, and you will be informed of the estimated production due date. 5. Balance invoice will be due before dispatch. 6. Your order is packed and shipped via DHL Express.

Stairs (available in both Fixed-Top-Step and Full-Fold Design): Custom-sized, designed with a lower angle (50-60 degrees) and featuring our patented bi-folding aluminium handrail and optional locks & sprung gate (for fixed top step design only). Best suited for mezzanines, lofts, or high- use spaces where a stair-like solution is required. • Ladders (available in both Fixed-Top-Step and Full-Fold Design): Custom-sized, steeper angle (60-70 degrees) with fewer treads and no automatic handrail (fixed aluminium handrail and locks optional).
